Benedict Tan
Benedict has 18 years experience in investment banking, corporate advisory and private equity during which he provided services to a diverse range of industries including education, healthcare, manufacturing, agriculture, hospitality, and sevices. His expertise includes all aspects of capital and debt raising, and mergers and acquisitions.
Benedict started his career with China Development Industrial Bank (CDIB), which is the flagship company of China Development Financial Holdings Corporation, one of the largest and longest standing merchant banking and private equity groups in Asia with over USD11 billion in assets. He was responsible for originating and structuring transactions for its Philippine subsidiary.
Benedict has a Bachelor of Science degree in Business from the De La Salle University.
Joseph Lufkin
Mr. Lufkin has been active as an entrepreneur in international investments since 1981, when he was Managing Director and Chairman of HSBC subsidiaries Marine Midland (C.I.) Ltd. and Intercurrrency Fund. He has subsequently established, built and sold businesses from real estate to financial advisory and proxy in the US and Asia.
His advisory clients over the years have included Calpers, The World Bank, JP Morgan, and the Asian Development Bank. He is a published author on international corporate governance and infrastructure finance.
A Yale graduate, he served several terms with the Republican National Committee. He has lived in the Philippines since 1999.
